Full Time Post: 36.25 hours per week 

Salary: £22,214-£24,982 per annum

The Student Records Administrator has responsibility for maintaining the student record correctly and efficiently to agreed deadlines and in accordance with established procedures. The Student Records Administrator is required to build and maintain relationships with service users and act as a first point of contact within the University for matters relating to their designated areas of responsibility. 

Under the direction of the Student Records Officer and in collaboration with colleagues, you will undertake such day-to-day tasks as section administration, processing graduation communications and Student Loan Company notifications. You will also support the University’s graduation ceremonies and the enrolment sessions across all campuses. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, initiating and implementing service improvements to support student administration business processes to enhance the student experience.

You will have previous experience of using electronic business information systems and possess excellent IT skills.  You will have proven communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.  You will work well collaboratively and will be used to building and maintaining effective working relationships.
