Role: Commercial Insurance Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Location: Rural Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Rota based Monday to Friday as part of a rota pattern:
8 - 5, 9 - 5 or 10 - 7 and one in four Saturdays: 9 - 4pm
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a new start up project for a long standing insurance company. They are looking to take on 2 new commercial insurance advisors who will offer an expanded range of insurance products to both new and existing customers. This team handles a number of different insurance products, including horsebox, motorhome, travel, home, private car and some commercial risks. They have been delighted with the initial results and have decided to recruit some additional team members to build on the success of our new department.
Your main duties will include sales and customer service calls, issuing quotations and business documents, outbound telephone calls to potential leads, including follow up calls, mid-term adjustments, renewals and cancellations and data entry into required systems.
You will ideally have 1 years experience within an insurance environment.
