You will need to provide a high level of service & build rapport with our customers` clients. You will of course show them empathy, whilst managing their expectations, so that the customer always feels they have had a positive experience.
A professional manner should be demonstrated at all times.
You should be able to work alone or within a team, on the telephone for continuous periods of time whilst using a computer to access or capture customer information.
This role could involve customer service/marketing/sales calls Outbound on behalf of our clients.
You will be expected to;
Achieve your personal target and contribute to Team targets - set by Clients. (Targets will alter according to the project)
To deliver a high standard of Outbound calls in a confident, professional & friendly manner
To communicate clearly, openly & display excellent listening skills at all times. Client will provide coaching on an ongoing basis.
To ensure a positive attitude & high level of commitment.
To ensure all customer details are captured & updated appropriately, to maximize opportunities.
Use of initiative to evaluate & question what they are doing, to come up with new ways to improve, to become more effective & assist in driving the business forward.
Drivers license would be advantageous - free onsite parking
