We are recruiting an interim HR Advisor for a leading engineering business based in south Cambridge.
This is an opportunity to join a friendly and pro-active HR team working alongside an experienced Head of HR.
Your role will include managing a number of ER cases, supporting development needs of the employees and collating the training needs analysis, providing general HR advice and guidance.
You will be a part qualified HR Advisor who has your full CIPD qualification or is working towards it.
The role is being offered on a temporary basis however the client will consider applications from candidates looking for a permanent role.
You will have proven experience operating as a HR Advisor. Flexibility around hours will be also be considered.
