The role of Territory Account Manager:

We are seeking someone to ensure that existing customers renew their products, whilst also selling additional products and services to them.  You will also be responsible for building new business through cold calling, along with selling face to face to new customers.

  • Ensure achievement of agreed revenue growth on allocated accounts
  • Regular visits with all existing customers
  • Attend bi-monthly sales meetings
  • Gain and maintain an excellent knowledge of cap hpi products and services to ensure maximum usage of those products and services within allocated accounts
  • Achieve all agreed monthly KPI’s
  • Submit monthly reports plus 1-30/1-90 plans to the National Sales Manager regarding key issues and activities plus any other reports which may be required
  • Secure appointments with allocated key clients and target clients with a view to increasing turnover or starting business relationship

Key 80’s of the Territory Account Manager:

  • Ensuring that all renewal contracts are negotiated to timescales with respective price increases annually to ensure smooth continuity of service
  • Gain and maintain an excellent knowledge of cap hpi products and services to ensure maximum usage of those products and services within allocated accounts
  • Achieve all agreed monthly KPI’s
  • Submit monthly reports to the National Sales Manager regarding key issues and activities plus any other reports which may be required
  • Secure appointments with allocated key clients and target clients with a view to increasing turnover or starting business relationship
  • Maintain a 3:1 pipeline of both new customers and new products from white box reports

 

 

Experience that we are looking for in the Territory Account Manager:

  • A track record in maintaining commitment to excellence
  • Home working-based experience
  • Previous demonstrable skills in understanding and delivering to a customer’s needs
  • Experience in developing long lasting relationships with key business partners
  • In depth understanding of Automotive market / customer service industries
  • Ability to negotiate up to Director level
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service, process issues and approaches
  • Understanding of other functions on which the automotive department have

             dependencies
