Arrears Management Call Centre Adviser
Excellent opportunity to join an industry leading, well known financial organisation as a Call Centre Advisor within the well established Arrears Management team.Based in their bright modern offices in the centre of Redhill close to the train and bus stations. This role is initially on a 6 month fixed term contract, however if you impress then there will be the opportunity to be made a permanent member of staff.The purpose of the role is to speak to customers who`s accounts are in arrears, look at their incommings and outgoings and work out an affordable payment plan. You will need to have excellent negotiation skills!The role is on a rotating shift pattern. Shifts are 9am to 3 Monday to Friday Week 1 and then 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday 9am to 2pm Week 2.A competitive salary of £18,500 plus a quarterly bonus and excellent benefits package is on offer!As this role is for a financial organisation successful candidates will be subject to a credit check so therefore must not have any CCJ`s or bankruptcy`s.
