We are looking for Team Leaders with a proven track record of driving and embedding positive cultural change and experience of people management in a Contact Centre/Call Centre environment to support team of 10-15 people and drive the new company culture and values to exceed sales targets. You will also drive the results of your team with effective team meetings and 1-1 support and coaching.

Your Duties will include
Leading a team of up 15 contact centre agents to deliver an excellent customer journey, ensuring first contact resolution where possible.
You will be Leading, coaching and engaging the team to achieve performance and balancing the sales through service ethos with each team member.
You will be responsible for your team, ensuring that they understand the importance of their role and is a brand ambassador.
You will take pride in your ability to lead, coach and engage teams in achieving their performance metrics and balancing the sales and service focus of each team member.
Easily manage the day to day activities and targets of a team of contact centre agents
Thrive in delivering feedback, coaching and performance management, whilst identifying areas of support to your team where needed?
You will ideally have knowledge of working in a contact centre environment including call recording, workforce management systems, and FCA/PRA requirements?
Experience of working within a regulated environment?
You will be passionate about driving performance in target-orientated environment and challenging team members to deliver against business objectives
A passion to deliver a first-class customer service
Enthusiasm to energise a team to meet challenges.
