Administration Assistant – HR Recruitment
Part Time 18.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday - Afternoons)
£15,559.52 per annum, (pro rata to £7,779.76)

A dynamic organisation providing innovative and effective solutions for those with complex needs are currently seeking an Administration Assistant tojoin their team. The company are a registered Housing Association providing accommodation, outreach support and a wide range of other support services. Supporting customers with mental ill health, learning disabilities, addictions, those that have experienced homelessness and those who have been sexually exploited, or have been within the criminal justice system to live more fulfilled lives.
The company are looking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant to work in the HR team to manage the recruitment process. You must have a minimum of 2 GCSEs (NVQ Level 2 equivalent) in literacy and numeracy.
The role requires someone who can work autonomously delivering a high degree of accuracy in their work in a very busy HR office environment. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills as you will be the main point of contact for the recruitment process in drafting adverts and supporting managers in the business with the recruitment and selection process. The company require someone who is resilient and can multi-task. You must possess knowledge, skills and experience of working on Microsoft word, excel, email and the internet. Experience of working on database systems and updating spreadsheets with formulas is essential. You must be a good note-taker as you will be required to take notes at meetings.
The role requires flexibility as a requirement of the post will be to participate and attend recruitment fairs which may occur at weekends and/or evening.
