My client based in St Albans is seeking an experienced administrator to join their bubbly, friendly and hard working team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating incoming and out going goods
  • Answering phone calls and distributing as appropiate
  • Booking and arranging deliveries
  • Invoicing customers
  • Issuing Service Contract Renewal Quotations from CRM

You will need to be organised, proactive, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work individually as well as a team. You will also need to have good attention to detail.

This is an International company that offer excellent benefits including Pension, Health care and brilliant progression opportunities. You will be working Monday to Friday 9-5 with 30 minutes for lunch.

We are looking for candidates with at least one year`s administration experience based in an office environment.
