Please can you give me a quote for the below advert:

Personal assistant/carers wanted for a Young Independent Disabled lady in the Whitchurch area

Tasks include help with basic personal care, daily living including basic cooking and domestic tasks and to take me to appointments and social activities (not an exhaustive list). 
An interest in animals preferred as I have 4 dogs. 

Ability to drive an automatic car, have no more than 3 points on driving licence. 

Rate of pay £10.00 per hour paid four weekly 

Looking for someone who can work the following days/evenings Monday evening and Wednesday morning, Saturday and Sunday some flexibility required, hours and holiday cover to be discussed at interview.
