We are looking for an Engineer Coordinator; you will be working for a well known company in Hull.
Daily Tasks;
- Co-coordinating engineers to ensure all bookings are attended within the right time and re-visited if needed too
- Logging all calls on be spoke systems
- completing all allocated slots in timely manner
- Manage all complaints and ensure all rectified
- Make sure all paper work is completed for the engineers
- Update all portals and details
- Update all calls
- Manage portals
- Work towards KPI's
- Schedule maintenance works
Key Requirements;
- Previous experience in Engineer Coordinating or Installation Coordinating (Desirable)
- Well organised
- Good Administration experience
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Good Communication
- Work well under pressure
- KPI understanding
- Engineering knowledge (Desirable)
