We are looking for a Service Administrator who will join an exciting team.

Daily tasks will involve;

  • Liaising with internal help desks and meet customers' expectations
  • Plan and co-coordinate Engineer
  • Invoicing and job costing
  • Helping the Operations Supervisor
  • Report weekly updates and monitor your key performance
  • Call Management
  • Diary Management

Key Requirements;

  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Multi tasking skills
  • Good experience working on MS excellent excel and outlook knowledge
  • Organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Work well under pressure

Training will be provided on bespoke service management systems
