Service Transition Engineer

This company is one of the world's leading suppliers of high-quality static storage solutions, state of the art intra logistics and automated material handling systems. The technology includes robotics and complex software solutions. They have a strong order book following major wins this year and they are looking to expand the team.

With this continued growth they are looking for a Service Transition Engineer to work within the CSS Department in Pury Hill, near Towcester. This is an ideal career move for a bachelor or masters graduate in an engineering discipline, mechanical, electrical or mechatronic.

You will join a small team to deliver a first-class service to:

1. Support all areas of the RM Service Transition process from Resident Maintenance Contract Handover, Change Management, Site Set-up, Planning and Support, Start-up and Ramp-up, Test and Evaluation.
2. Audit of RM Sites in compliance with Maintenance System
3. Assistance with RM sites which are under special measures or Hyper-care
4. Safety

To be successful within the role you will have an engineering related degree coupled with some work experience and be professional, robust, articulate with strong presentation skills and self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative especially under pressure.

Travel to existing and potential RM sites will be required as well as some nights away from home especially during periods where they are ramping up a new site; principally in the initial period the role will be office based.
