A Service Manager is needed for a setting where service users needs vary from learning and physical disabilities to complex needs and physically challenging behaviour based in Bedford, Bedfordshire paying £25,000. About the job;
You will oversee the management of staff, liaison with service users and their families, advocates and professional groups. You will undertake assessments and reviews of support provided plus staff interviews, supervisions and appraisals.

- NVQ level 5 or RMA
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Driver with business insurance essential
