Call Co-ordinator

Our client based in the Pentwyn area of Cardiff is looking for a Call Co-Ordinator to work as part of a small and busy team, if you have the skill to remain calm under pressure be patient and diplomatic when handling customer situations and have a natural enthusiastic personality then you could be part of this company.

You will be providing telephone and email service for the contact centre.
Co-ordinating field service engineer visits to customer sites
Update and maintain the company database

You will be working 37 hours a week between the hours Monday to Friday of 8am - 7pm worked on a rota basis of 8am - 4, 9am - 5 and 10 - 7pm and working 1 weekend in 3, hours of 8am - 5 Saturday and 9am - 5pm Sunday

Experience of dealing with customer enquiries and database administration is needed along with good computer skills plus being an outstanding communicator with strong relationship building skills and an effective team player.
