Our client is a leading provider of outsourced claims handling services to insurance companies and brokers operating in the motorcycle sector. Featured in the Sunday Times Fast-track 100 of the Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies in the UK, they continue to experience substantial growth. 

Currently, they are looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join them in Egham and support the smooth running of their Logistics function.

You’ll receive extensive training, as well as ongoing support from a motivated team of motorcycle enthusiasts, to ensure that you succeed in your role.  

As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for co-ordinating our client’s fleet of vans, which travel all over the UK to collect and deliver customers’ bikes.  

Specifically, you will: 

- Organise routes 
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a polite and professional manner 
- Manage correspondence 
- Make and receive payments 
- Support process improvement initiatives 
- Accurately record data and information 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Customer service experience 
- Accurate administration skills 
- A high level of IT literacy 

Proactive and highly-motivated, as a Logistics Co-ordinator, you’ll have great problem-solving skills and the ability to act on your own initiative. You’ll also be a positive self-starter with a down to earth, approachable manner.  

Previous experience in a logistics role would be beneficial, as would previous motorcycle experience.
