Due to their success they are expanding their team and looking for a
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The duties would include:
Telephone contact with existing customers
Upselling of products
Target driven
Relationship building
Problem solving
Product recommendations and issuing quotations
Sales analysis and reporting
Marketing campaigns, issuing, following up
Reporting to the Sales Manager
