Trainer Facilitator - Electrical Installation

Salary: £20,206 - £23,519

Contract Type: Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed Term post until 13/07/2018

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Installation Trainer Facilitator to join our team, here at South Devon College. As a Trainer Facilitator, you will be required to instruct/facilitate learning for students enrolled on a range of programmes as assigned by the Section Head. You will contribute to/facilitate off site working for learners of all levels as and when required, developing and maintaining good working relationships with external and internal customers.

The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ 2 or 236 Pt1, 256 or equivalent Certificate in Electrical installation. If not already held, you will be required to attain a teaching qualification and an A1(or equivalent) assessors award, both within the Colleges specified timescale. We are looking for someone who has industrial experience on Site or in a Workshop environment, with some understanding of Electrical Installation qualifications.
