We are now seeking to appoint an Apprentice Electrician to join us at our office in Cottenham.

Within this role, you will work under the direction, guidance and supervision of an experienced Electrician and Site Supervisor to support the delivery of excellent refurbishment, repairs and maintenance service whilst working to achieve the skills and qualifications to become an Electrician.

You will complete the installation, inspection testing and commissioning of electrical systems, devices, appliances and equipment.

In order to be successful in this role it is essential that you have functional skills in English and Maths and have the ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks.

With the ability to communicate well with others, you will also be able to understand and interpret work instructions and will establish and maintain good customer/client relationships.

At interview stage, the candidates will carry out an Initial Numeracy assessment, a Customer Service Exercise, an Ishihara Colour Test and Apprentice Interview Notes for trade.
