This role will be working for one of the UK's fastest growing E-Cig liquid manufacturers. They are currently looking to recruit a Brand Designer based in their Head Office in Newbridge.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about brand design to work on future brand development for their growing company. An understanding of the organisation's brand values and products will be at the core of the designs you produce across packaging, print and digital, working within current guidelines.

You will work closely with the Manufacturing Director and development team to produce first class brand designs to promote both the company and their varied portfolio of products.

Such 'touchpoints' can include:
- Visual identity, including logos
- Corporate identity
- Products
- Websites
- Packaging
- Physical environments, for example in-store displays
- Social media.

The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate;

- Minimum 2 years' work experience in either agency, company or freelance environments
- Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- A passion for both print and digital design and an understanding of emerging technologies and trends.
- Knowledge of brand design methodologies and design thinking.
- Understanding of the ins and outs of logo and brand design, typography, colour and layout.
- Strategic thinking and planning for brand creation and positioning briefs, working to develop and deliver creative solutions for the company.
- A keen passion for design coupled with the ability to verbalise and visualise your ideas
- A relevant portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, brand creation, brand communication and identity projects
- Working on identity, direct mail, photographic, branding and outdoor graphics projects simultaneously to maximise productivity

You will also need to be able to:
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Communicate your ideas clearly to non-marketing groups
- Come up with creative ideas, but also be able to listen carefully to what the company is asking for
- Work to a brief, within the constraints of strict deadlines
- Accept constructive criticism and be able to deal with your designs being rejected and be prepared to rework them, if necessary, sometimes at very short notice
- Work as part of a team or on your own, as required.
- Familiarization with Cinema 4D/3D Animation software
