Care and Support Worker

We are seeking a person who is reliable and can work flexibly to support a young man with physical disabilities. The small, professional team provide all his care and support him to be independent.

This post is funded through a Personal Health Budget. We have 5 year’s experience of managing the care package, value our team, hence we have a low staff turn-over. We offer great opportunities to take additional training and provide a good working environment.

The role involves personal care, giving medication, use of ceiling hoist and using medical equipment. Training will be given in all aspects of the clients care, including physiotherapy.
