Some call it HR, at ASOS were The People Experience Team. We're a bunch of talented - Implements who love and thrive in working with creative, commercial and challenging client groups. Most businesses have some kind of HR presence but to get the opportunity to be part of a proactive team in a global company as successful as ASOS; well those chances don't come along very often.

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Operations professional to provide leadership to a small team and a slick, process driven HR Service to the Customer Care business.

The PX (People Experience) Hub:
  • is the newly formed ??engine?? of everything we do in PX, delivering transactional services to ASOS on behalf of the People Experience Team
  • provides Transactional and Operational support and services to all businesses " the bedrock & foundations for a best-in-class ASOSer experience
  • acts as the ??Gateway?? for ASOSers to access PX Services and support, providing a first line PX touchpoint and issue resolution through self-service and a multi-tiered support model
  • leverages new and best-in-class technology " The PX team have recently deployed Workday as our Core HR and Recruiting platform
  • is responsible for the availability of all People related Management Information and Analytics
  • drives PX efficiency and activity through intuitive self-service and maintains a consistent PX interface

Your Role in the Hub

With Support from the Head of PX Services & Systems, and the Customer Care People Experience Partners:
  • You will lead a small but awesome HR Operations Team, taking the Lead for Customer Care
  • Day to day, youll keep BAU running to agreed SLAs, working with the PX Hub team in GLH and PX Partners in Customer Care to come up with them and then look at continuous process improvement
  • We want you to be constantly thinking about how to optimise processes or what technology we could use to make it work better for Customer Care and for the rest of ASOS
  • Youll want to take a close look at existing process issues or spikes in HR activity across Customer Care, analyse what is happening and put a plan in place to improve things going forward
  • You will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of optimal, consistent People processes and services aligned to the business needs of PX Partners and Customer Care.
  • You will collaborate closely with the PX Systems Team to identify system requirements that support the delivery of accurate, secure and timely maintenance of all People related systems and data.
  • The role will work with other PX teams and stakeholders to drive consistency and high standards of HR operational excellence in line with agreed service level agreements (or equivalent)
  • As the leader of the CC PX Administration Team, the role will ensure that the required resources and capability is established, and appropriately distributed in the CC Hub to deliver an intuitive and high quality service that provides exceptional value for money for Customer Care and for The People Experience Team.

  • Acting as a mentor for all PX Hub Administrators, providing support and guidance where required

Wed love to meet someone with
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team
  • HR Shared Services or HR Operations/Administration experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable interacting with different personalities
  • Solid knowledge of HR Systems and Technology (we use Workday)
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, always meeting deadlines
  • An ability to deal with confidential matters and maintain the utmost level of discretion
  • Project management experience
