Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a reputable regional contractor who can offer you an excellent range of local schemes, outstanding training and career opportunities? This could be the role for you
You will be predominantly site based in Watford for the duration of your first scheme which comprises 95 new homes that will offer well-designed, modern apartment living in landscaped grounds. This includes 29 affordable homes. You will be guided by an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor

They are a mid-sized main contractor, with divisions spanning multiple sectors including commercial, residential, industrial and education, with projects valued up to GBP20m.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the role you must;
??Have a minimum of 2 years experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
??Have some form of construction qualification
Duration
This is a permanent role.
Location
Our client are based near St Albans and the site is 95 new build units in Watford
Salary
GBP25-35,000 plus package.
