HR Advisor

Based on the Norfolk / Suffolk border, our client is an influential player within their industry with a number of sites across the region and are seeking to appoint an HR Advisor to join their team. Employing 250 people they are a motivated and dedicated team who take pride in their work and are committed to continually delivering excellent customer service.

Previous experience of working within a generalist HR role is essential. The HR Advisor will be the main contact within HR across the group, advising both managers and employees on all HR related issues.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the full recruitment process across the group, including onboarding for successful applicants, including induction packs and training requirements
Updating and maintaining the HR/Payroll data system
Working closely with managers to advise on absence and performance management
Ensuring company contracts, policies and handbooks are up to date with current legislation
Providing guidance and advice on disciplinary and grievance matters

The role will operate across sites near Diss and Norwich so applicants will need to hold a full clean driving licence.
