Salary / Package: 40 - 45 k

Our Client

Our client, deliver a broad range of services to maintain, extend and keep buildings operational. Their specialist maintenance and building team is experienced in all forms of facilities, maintenance and building. They also deliver high quality commercial builds to specification.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
• On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
• Feasibility studies of client requests
• Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors
• Allocating upcoming work to contractors
• Site visits, assessments and projections for future work

Experience Required:

• 5 GCSE's (A-C Grade) or equivalent including maths
• A BTEC in Building Studies, Building Engineering or Building Management or a HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying
• A minimum of three years' experience of managing elements of construction projects.
