Our client is a top tier real estate practice who act on behalf of national and international clients from industries including energy, transport, corporate, social housing and the education sector. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will assist on instructions and projects across this broad variety of clients, which includes many household names. This role will offer the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor the opportunity to work on some of the more complex and high value development projects across the UK. In addition, our client has an excellent reputation for ensuring the career development of their staff members is treated with the utmost importance and, as a result, they ensure the provide the training and progression opportunities are offer to make this happen. There will also be the opportunity as part of this role to become involved in business development and it is hoped that in the future, the appointed Solicitor will build up a strong network of clients guaranteed to instruct on future matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have up to six years of post qualification experience gained at another leading form. They will have excellent academics, and have completed their training with one of the prominent city, regional or national firms. Our client is happy to consider applications from NQ Solicitors, however, the Solicitor must have completed at least one seat during their training contract in a real estate department. The Commercial Property Solicitor should have had proven experience of drafting contracts including leases and agreements, display strong technical ability and a high attention to detail. It would be preferable if the successful Solicitor would have had a range of experience relating to matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and development transactions.
