Job Description

Leading supplier of paints and coatings targeting the public and private sectors in South and West London.

Package: Basic Salary between GBP30,000 - GBP37,000 plus 10-50% bonus, company car, fantastic pension, private healthcare, mobile phone, laptop and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Role: Specification Sales Manager - The successful candidate will be tasked with selling to architects and local authorities on private and public sector projects such hospitals, universities, colleges, schools and social housing developments. This role will involve targeting new and existing customers to generate short, medium and long term specifications promoting our clients range of paints and coatings which are sold on the fantastic features and benefits. This role will involve working closely with other sales teams within the business as well as our client brilliant customer service team.

Location: this role covers South London, West London, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Middlesex (Post Codes CR, KT, GU, SM, SW, BN, RH and TW )

Candidates: Our client is looking for driven, proactive and professional candidates with experience of selling via specification. You will nee to have experience selling a construction related product to architects, developers, local authorities or specifiers. Alternatively candidates who work in a paint or coatings market place but selling to other routes to markets will be considered.
