Sales Advisor - Wythenshawe GBP16500-GBP18500 basic salary with OTE circa GBP23k.
Working hours - Shifts including 1 in 3 weekends

J2 are excited to be recruiting on behalf of this market leading cosmetic surgeons based in Wythenshawe. You will be working alongside top rated surgeons and consultants to deliver the highest standards of advice, service and care.
We are seeking Sales Advisors to join this busy team to provide a first point of contact for customers enquiring about surgical and non-surgical procedures. You will provide first class customer service and put customers at ease as they start a journey that could change their life.
Alongside a competitive basic salary of GBP16500 to GBP18500 you will earn commission based on appointments which will boost your income around GBP23000. Additionally, you will have access discounted surgical and non-surgical procedures after a qualifying period for yourself. You will receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Working hours are rota'd on a shift bases and will include 1 in 3 weekends. The office is open Monday to Wednesday 8.30m-9.30pm, Thursday 8.30am - 9pm, Friday 8.30am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm, Bank Holidays 9.30am - 5pm. Shifts will include late, early and middle shifts during these hours.

The Role - Sales Advisor

  • Answer incoming enquiry calls
  • Outbound calling to follow up on web enquiries
  • To put customers at ease discussing potential treatments
  • Convert enquires into an appointment with an expect consultant or surgeon
  • Build rapport with customers, showing empathy with their situation and putting them at ease
  • Fact finding to understand all requirements and fully meet the customers needs
  • Working to call centre KPIs and targets for call time and quality
  • Ensuring quality of appointments and customer attendance



The Idea Candidate - Sales Advisor

  • 1 year minimum experience in call centre sales
  • Proven track record achieving targets in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to control a conversation whilst building rapport
  • Organised and proactive
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends
