Conrad Consulting, working alongside a large, award-winning independent practice of engineers, planners, scientists and economists, are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate / Director of Building Services for their office based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about electrical design and seeking to further their leadership experience. This consultancy is growing rapidly, and the Building Services portfolio is no exception. Due to this, our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced individual who is able to add to the refreshing approach to design. If you are a versatile engineer with leadership qualities, ambition and an electrical design bias, this is the perfect new opportunity for you.

The consultancy specialises in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, residential, retail, tourism and leisure and so on.

Assist in the running of the Building Services group
Provide input into the strategic growth and management of the Building Services team
Work with the client to develop a detailed brief and reports of their electrical building services requirements
Take a proactive role in influencing the design of the buildings in relation to efficient services integration and building energy performance

Chartered Engineer, educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Experience of substantial, complex electrical design and construction projects
Experience of leading engineering teams
Knowledge of large mixed-use development and building modelling such as BIM / Revit
