HR Business Partner
Robertson Bell are partnering with their international charity client to recruit an experienced,self directed, flexible and enthusiastic HR Business Partner (Intl experience) on a 12 month fixed term contract starting ASAP.In this generalist role you will implement initiatives and advise, guide and partner with Directors and managers throughout the employment life cycle, lead the relationship with key stakeholders delivering solutions and escalating issues as required, partner with recruiting managers for resourcing, lead the annual performance management process and manage the annual and intermittent remuneration processes including the annual review cycle (pay and bonus). You will need to be a first class communicator,approachable with excellent negotiation skills. Have cultural sensitivity and confidence.Be results and output orientated, and have a real passion for client service excellence. This is an urgent requirement so please do not delay in applying.
