ERP Support Analyst

ERP Specialist and trainer SAP support for London office along with remote support for Middle East, Africa and other European offices. I provide 1st and 2nd line support for commodity trading departments and corporate teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Internal Control) specialising with chart of accounts, master data, sales and purchase orders, billing, goods receipt and issue, back to back orders, stock control, pricing, accounts receivable, invoicing, quotations, vendor invoicing, accounts payable and general ledger. Modules include Sales and Distribution, Management Materials, Finance (FICO) and business intelligence. Managing of tickets through MC London's 'Track-It' system and the Mitsubishi Global Database to handle calls from end users and manage with 3rd party vendors to resolve. Testing of new functions, creating test plans and working with end users on UAT, producing notes for release if applicable Participated in project for global upgrade of SAP in early 2016, also I assisted the PMO on implementing a new ERP system (1C) for a new spare parts business in Ukraine for Mitsubishi Motors later that year Maintain close communication with relevant stakeholders and key users Gathering business requirements for new projects or functional changes Prepare business process documents (Visio, Powerpoint) Troubleshoot and correct interface errors between SAP and sub systems (EDI Interfaces, finding and resolving issues within the SQL databases and writing small queries) All ERP system user training and preparation of manuals for users.
