Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance - London
Monday - Friday
08:00am - 17:00pm
An excellent opportunity to work in static Central London commercial office building has arisen with one of the UKs largest property management companies. The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers and they will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

Duties:
-Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
-Fire alarms
-FCU's
-AHU's
-BMS - Head End Controls
-HVAC plant
-VAV - VRV
-Water treatment
-Office Moves
-Office Re-set
-First Line Chiller Response
Requirements:
-Apprentice trained
-City and Guild Level 3 in Mechanical Qualifications (or equivalent)
-Commercial Maintenance Experience
-Client facing persona
