We are currently recruiting for Factory Workers to join an impressive, fast growing international manufacturer based in New Milton. The factory is within good commutable distance from Bournemouth, Lymington, Hordle, Christchurch and 21 miles from Southampton, Hampshire.
Working in a bright modern factory you will be assembling components used in the food/beverage and medical/pharmaceutical industry using basic hand tools, power tools and machine operating. Training will be provided however we are looking for some previous factory assembly or production work.
The initial training period you will be on days 7:30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday, with a half day finish on a Friday. During your probationary period you will be on GBP8.75 per hour rising to GBP9 per hour.
In the near future the factory will be switching to shifts and you will be expected to work either on the permanent late shift which is 3pm to midnight Monday to Thursday 3pm-8pm on Friday (this includes a 25% shift allowance = GBP10.94-GBP11.25 per hour) OR the permanent early shift which is 6am to 3pm Monday to Thursday an 6am to10.30am on Friday GBP8.75 rising to GBP9 per hour.
