Software Support Engineer

Software Support Engineer | Rochester | Manufacturing | Permanent Software Support Engineer required to join a growing team in a large Manufacturing firm. For maintenance requirements it would be advantageous to have skills in OOP, C++, C# and .NET. The systems they supply are generally network connected so a good understanding of network device (switches, routers, serial server) configuration is important. The role To analyse customer requirements and examine technical feasibility You will produce technical specifications, as per the customer requirements and transfer these into technical solutions Assist with system design to enable technical proposals to be commercially structured Requirements Analytical skills to be able to diagnose faults.
