An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager to join this trendy property company who have vacancies in 3 of their sites in South East London. These are excellent opportunities for the right candidates. You would need to be an energetic, dynamic and personable outgoing person who has a natural flair for customer service.

The ideal candidate should have previous Serviced Office experience or similar.

Main duties of the Assistant Centre Manager:

- To ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- To encourage sales by conducting viewings of office space
- To organise marketing events
- To maintain and develop a strong community network
- To effectively market and offer the added value services
- Supervise and monitor the on-site team

Skills required :

Previous experience in a strong customer facing /hospitality/sales environment
Personable, professional with proven experience in customer care and people skills.
A strong verbal communicator with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate comfortably with all other internal staff at all levels

Strong IT skills, being proficient in ECS, WLX and other internal systems, with a sound grasp of social media and how this can be used to engage with relevant stakeholders, market property and build a community - Twitter, Facebook. Linked In etc.

Monitor financial, budgetary and occupancy targets and perform in a flexible working environment. It will be necessary to help organise and attend events outside of working hours and be contacted out of hours in the event of an emergency (when Centre Manager not available)
A proven ability to help organise and assist the Centre Manager to manage internal and external marketing events to promote the centre

A good understanding of social media along with strong Microsoft office skills is essential for this position along with a bubbly personality and a conscientious working ethic.
