Highly regarded independent family run Insurance Brokerage has a vacancy in North West London for an experienced Office Manager/ Commercial Insurance Account Handler.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients whilst working closely with the Directors to provide a mid-management solution to manage the rest of the staff.
You will be responsible to deal with all internal HR issues, holiday days, workloads and liaise closely with insurers to maintain and improve existing relationships and explore new markets as well.

Prospective applicants require to hold at least 5 years General Insurance experience and MUST have experience in a managerial role.

As an individual you will be motivated, enthusiastic with good negotiation skills, be educated to GCSE level to include Maths and English.

Generous salary depending on experience and applicant with bonus opportunities and a good holiday package.

Office based role with opportunities to go meet clients.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Non-negotiable skills:
Managerial experience
Great understanding of insurance - specifically commercial and property
Looking after a team of 25 - leading and motivating the team from the front, and picking up renewals as and when required.
