The Position:

Castle Business Support are recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our client based on the outskirts of Scarborough.

* Do you have proven sales experience as well as the ability to follow up on projects?
* Have you got excellent administration skills with the ability to lead from the front?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced internal sales team being responsible for general administration, support the internal sales team, negotiating and securing orders as well as working closely with other departments within the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Setting up projects on the database
* Negotiating and securing orders within agreed parameters
* Supporting the internal sales team with drive and enthusiasm
* Working closely with the external sales team to ensure and optimise sales
* Following up projects as well as tracking
* Processing orders on the system
* Preparing and processing detailed quotations, making sure they are 100% compliant with standards
* Writing detailed weekly and monthly reports

Requirements:

* You MUST have excellent and proven administration experience
* You MUST be able to confidently negotiate and secure orders
* You MUST be able to work to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively

* You MUST be well organised with fantastic attention to detail
* You MUST have excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face
* You MUST be computer literate with excellent data entry skills including excel and word
* IDEALLY you will have experience within a similar role
