IT Support Engineer

2nd/3rd Line Engineer - Dorset - 23,000-28,000 Your new company A growing IT solutions provider based in Dorset is now expanding their team and looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd line engineer to join them. Your new role You will be responsible for taking and logging calls through the helpdesk system, achieving the full resolution of issues where appropriate. You will also be required to occasionally travel to client sites for project based work, and therefore a full driving license is required. What you'll need to succeed You should have a high level of communication skills and be extremely customer focused as you will be dealing with clients at all levels as well as 3rd party suppliers. Technical skills and experience should include: Windows 7-10 Active Directory, Group Policy PowerShell/ Scripting Office 365 Server Administration - Windows Server 2 ESET Anti-Virus / RAC / deployment and management VMWare / VSphere SharePoint Online Knowledge of ITIL What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive salary, a clear path of progression, training and certification for ambitious employees.
