Our client is well know for its service to the local areas, with a great portfolio of regular clients, expansion is very much on the horizon! As such a Service Advisor is now required to:
Provide general Service Reception duties ie. advising customers
Booking in work from customers by phone or walk in
Scheduling work for mechanics
Ordering parts from suppliers
Answering incoming calls
Controlling workshop and reception staff
General reception administration
Updating customers on progress of their vehicles
Customer service
Assisting office manager as required.
Candidate must be, presentable, honest, reliable and have a sound background in Motor Engineering.
Hours: M-F 8am - 5.30pm Sat: 8am - 2pm (alternate)
