Service Desk Engineer - 1st Line Cathcart Associates are helping a client in the south of Manchester find an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis. The organisation operates in the utility sector and have experienced massive growth over the past few years, which has allowed them to invest heavily into their IT department. The Helpdesk Engineer will be involved in supporting customers and internal employees using the latest technology to get the job done quickly and proficiently.
