An exclusive, privately run hotel and restaurant in Chard, Somerset is in need of an experienced and hard working Sous Chef to join their small brigade.
The standard is high - 2 rosette level - and the demands of the role require only the best applicants with a proven track record of working at the highest level.
Shifts are 5 days in 7, deputising for the Head Chef running the kitchen and supporting all facets of service. You will also work closely with the owners, perfecting the food offer throughout the year. In return you will be rewarded with an annual salary of GBP28,000.
