Job Duties:
  • Review, assess and draft contracts with legal skill and with strong attention to detail.
  • Contract drafting
  • Support clients in the negotiation of a range of transactions
  • Harness new technology to deliver better services faster


Qualifications / Experience:
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction
  • Solid experience in Managed Legal Services
  • Excellent academic background
  • IT law experience
  • Strong contract drafting and analytical skills
