Legal
The PwC Legal Network is a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) international network of firms. We are a thriving business consisting of over 42 Partners and Directors and a 350 strong team. As well as project-based, specialist legal advice, we offer our clients ongoing general counsel support. Our Lawyers also work alongside the wider PwC firm, using cutting edge technology to provide a truly one service offering. - Review, assess and draft contracts with legal skill and with strong attention to detail.
- Contract drafting
- Support clients in the negotiation of a range of transactions
- Harness new technology to deliver better services faster
Qualifications / Experience:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction
- Solid experience in Managed Legal Services
- Excellent academic background
- IT law experience
- Strong contract drafting and analytical skills
