Job Description Project Manager: An organised, committed Project Manager with a team focus, sense of fun, and strong administration skills is required to join a fast-growing market research recruitment agency, that specialises in sourcing high-quality participants for a range of research projects. Clients include full-service research agencies and digital marketers.
The company has established itself as a key player in the research industry, has tripled in size over the last 3 years, and this rapid growth continues. No two days will be the same, so a flexible, pro-active approach is an absolute must here, along with a ready smile and sense of humour!
As Project Manager you will be required to liaise directly with clients on a day to day basis, running a number of recruitment projects at any one time. Your role is to recruit respondents in to research discussions as well as managing the team of Fieldwork Coordinators and the UK wide network of recruitment partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
An element of event management is required ensuring all participants arrive/take part and that the logistics of the project are handled well (venue booking, staffing, catering etc.). Micro-managing is alien to us so we're looking for someone who thrives on responsibility!

Skills & Experience:
1-year Project Management experience
1-year experience in a phone-based role in a fast-paced office environment
Strong administration skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Driven and ambitious, with a strong work ethic and a desire to help
Excellent communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office/IT Proficient
Excellent telephone manner
Proven organisational experience
Qualitative market research background (ideal but not essential)
