A rare and exciting position has been created for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading and well-established private sector organisation serving a prestigious contract in South Lanarkshire on a full time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for conducting planned and reactive electrical and facilities maintenance including PPM's, reactive breakdowns, fault finding and repairs ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained.
You will also be tasked with carrying out ad-hoc facilities tasks that can include fire alarm testing, basic plumbing, joinery and fabric maintenance works as and when required.
Essential requirements:
??Served recognised electrical apprenticeship
??Valid SJIB Grade Card
??Team player who has knowledge of safe systems of work
??Proven track record working within the FM and/or Building maintenance environments
??17th Edition IEE wiring regulations
??Have experience working within the electrical maintenance setting
??Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills.
??Full UK Drivers Licence.
Additional qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, etc. are also highly advantageous.
The successful Electrician will have a proven track record of the above requirements (this is essential) and be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care, Flexible work approach, good communication skills, a pro-active attitude and the capability to complete essential paperwork.
