The individual will work closely with the rest of our tax team in Scotland, and in particular our Reward and Employment, Private Business and M&A tax teams, as well as colleagues in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Business Recovery Services, Valuations, and Legal teams.
Our main clients include the management shareholders of a company, the company directly, or Private Equity houses.

You will be expected to prepare technical work for submission to clients with the support of junior and senior colleagues.
Development of yourself and others is an expected part of the culture at PwC. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to enhance their valuable front line transaction and commercial experience and technical and client handling skills.
We are looking for a professional adviser (either a lawyer or accountant) with experience in advising on the selection and implementation of appropriate structures for incentivising management, particularly in the context of private businesses and with an emphasis on transactions and deals.
