Our client is a well known stunning gastro pub situated near Esher. It is a smart community pub with a great range of beers and fresh food, where drinkers and eaters alike are looked after with the same friendly and professional service.

They serve delicious freshly prepared food all day every day, with quality, seasonal, well sourced ingredients freshly prepared for great flavour. They are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their established brigade.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in either a good quality hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
• Happy running a section
• Want to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• There isn't any live in available at this property. Ideally you will be local with own transport but there are good transport links if you are in Guildford
