Galahad Cade is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly developing energy-from-waste company, looking to appoint a Regional Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor. With a focus on waste renewal, our client is committed to resource recovery, and consistently maintain their reputation for innovation and excellence in this matter.

As Regional SHEQ Advisor, you will be bringing your expertise to ensure that the company operates safely, and is legally compliant. This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning company and really make a difference to the world around us.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide support and expert advice on all SHE matters to the allocated sites
*Ensure that any incident, no matter how trivial, is reported in detail and conduct a thorough investigation
*Complete standard audits
*Liaise with key stakeholders, both internal and external
*Conduct employee training of SHE related matters, encouraging and supporting company-wide training
*Consistently promote a positive safety culture
*Strive for and contribute to on-going improvement of the company

The ideal candidate will possess:
*Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate health and safety matters in an easily understood manner to a varied audience
*Experience of working with SHEQ management systems
*SHEQ experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, recycling or similar fast paced environment
*Ability to carry out audits in line with ISO standards
*Recognised qualification and/or professional memberships such as NEBOSH and IOSH
