Senior Shopper Planner-Creative Communications Agency-London

Do you have an agency background and at least 5-7 years planning experience?

This highly regarded creative communications agency, with in-house teams specialising in all aspects of below the line creation and activation, including event & experiential, promotional, shopper and digital marketing sectors. The agency is a fast growing independent agency with a reputation for taking a different approach to clients work and creating & delivering extraordinary campaigns, and whose clients range from FMCG, Automotive and other leading consumer brands.

The Shopper Planner will be working with the team to build up the agency's shopper planning capabilities and from day to day will:

• Be responsible for the shopper planning function providing the direction for the agency's approach to shopper planning
• Set out the roles and responsibilities for account handling and creative teams to work with the shopper planning function with the aim of delivering more insightful and inspiring creative briefs.
• Make a positive contribution to the new business function by leading the strategic thinking on pitches and presenting insight and strategy to a high level in presentations.
• Build strong client relationships by encouraging a partnership approach, adding value to their business, engendering trust and respect, and ensuring that working with the agency is an enjoyable experience.

Is it you?

Have you got an agency background and have been doing a similar planning role for 5-7 years? And have worked on a range of blue chip clients preferably in the FMCG, drinks, retail, tech and consumer goods sector and are familiar with the shopper discipline, channels and mechanics? You are also switched on, imaginative, entrepreneurial, determined and pragmatic, energised and supportive. And you enjoy a role which takes you travelling on business to Europe and further.

Salary: up to GBP80K plus benefits - dependent on level of experience
