Experienced Employment Advisor seeking a new challenge? Would you like a role with variety and regular and ongoing customer contact?
ROLE OVERVIEW:
You will engage, build and maintain effective rapport with a caseload of clients and support them in journey in to sustainable employment.
KEY DUTIES:
* Conduct a series of diagnostic assessments with clients to assess job readiness
* Provide intensive support to all clients on a 1-1 & group basis
* Source long term sustainable employment for clients
* Communicate with client's to ascertain their employment needs
* Conduct workshops based on CV formatting and interview techniques
ABOUT YOU:
* Ability to build rapport with, inspire, motivate and challenge clients
* Experience of working with people with multiple and complex needs
