Fluent Speaking German & English Customer Service Consultant - Ringwood - GBP21,000

Are you Fluent in German & English & have excellent Customer Service skills? Our prestigious client, based in Ringwood requires a target driven individual with exceptional customer relationship skills for this busy role supporting customers both by phone & via email.

Essential experience:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent literacy & numeracy
• Very good PC/ typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Fluent German & English speaking written and verbal skills
• A good team player/Have fun at work
• Previous inbound contact centre experience is desirable but not essential.
• Natural ability to communicate & empathise to help a customer with their challenge

Must be available Monday to Saturday 8am - 8pm as hours are on a flexible rota basis & will change.
Full training will be given in a classroom for 2 weeks & will include supporting on-going training requirements for the duration of the project. The induction will include many areas covering the Data Protection Act (DPA) Quality Management System and all other systems & soft skills training.
